We get this a lot. We’d love there to be one answer that fits them all. Unfortunately, that’s impossible.

There are several elements that effect price and it’s different for all projects. No two videos are ever the same.

A ‘standard’ video based on our current rate card can cost between £1,200 – £3,000 on average.

That said, please do contact us for a more accurate quote for your video.

It starts with a phone call or email to let us know you are interested in a video.

You might already have ideas, or not. Either way, we can help.

We like to start at the finish line and work backwards. What do you want from your video (i.e. more followers, drive traffic to your website, increase sales etc)?

The team then get to work on a proposal and quote for your video.

On average, the video production process timeline looks a little like this:

  • Brief/ideas/concept = 1 to 3 days
  • Pre-Production (getting ready for filming) = a few days to a few weeks
  • Production (filming or animation) = 1 day through to a few months
  • Post-production (editing) = few days through to a few weeks

At the moment our average turnaround time for a ‘standard’ corporate video is 2 to 4 weeks.

Yes. It’s what we’re really good at. A link to your website or a company brochure can be enough for us to get to work on some ideas.

Yes. We offer two rounds of revisions.

It’s really important that you show the video to everyone who will need to see it for feedback and send this feedback in one go if possible.

There maybe charges for any changes that go beyond the two rounds. That said, if it’s minor changes we will often turn a blind-eye.

There will be additional charges, depending on the scale of changes you require.
A general rule of thumb is two to three locations per day as long as they’re in close proximity to one another.

The complexity of the shoot will also play an important factor.

It can be done but let’s spend some time figuring out the logistics before anything is booked in.

Looks like we need to re-quote for a whole new video, which is of course fine by us.

Anything that goes beyond the original, quoted for, brief in the video production agreement will incur additional costs.

Yes. We’re incredibly good at last minute, fast turnaround projects and we will do everything we can to deliver.

Easy – YouTube or Vimeo embed. It’s the best option in the eyes of Google and other search engines.

Your web designer should have no problems doing this for you. Let us know if you struggle, we can help.

Very little. If you have no ideas of what kind of video you want or need, no problem. Send us a link to your website or your latest company brochure and let us come up with ideas for you – it’s what we’re good at.

The short answer? Yes – even by placing a video on your homepage, Google is more likely to stick you higher up the organic search rankings. The more useful Google finds in your video, the more it’ll favour you too.
You own the video, and you can use it wherever you like. We might ask to use it for our own portfolio and showreel.

However, if you want another company to re-edit the video and change it in anyway, we would need to charge for this and you would need to notify us of this in advance. This is to protect us for copyright and quality control.

Once you’re happy with the quote and proposal, we send over a Video Production Agreement that needs to be signed digitally before any work commences.

This document details exactly what you are getting for your investment and enables us to give you the best possible customer service.

If you are a new client we will insist on a 50% deposit with the balance due on delivery of your final and approved video.

An invoice will be sent over with further instructions for payment via bank transfer. We no longer accept cheques.

The more you work with us the more options we will offer for payment.
